When you are a gaming company, it can be difficult to convince people that you have a genuine interest. The perception against gambling is so pervasive that we have to fight to tell people that we’re here to entertain them and not swindle them.
We are a 15-year-old gaming company that began with a simple operation in Nevada. We never did turn into a huge corporate entity, however, we did manage to become a popular spot for exclusive poker games and gambling experiences – think poker with the stars.
Since we began, our goal has been to be the best at what we do. In terms of service, quality of games offered, ambience, everything. Our staff are well-trained and will cater to you as best as they can. However, we also believe in respecting our customers to earn their love and loyalty. Since we are a small operation, it has been easy to achieve this without going overboard.
The best way to describe us would be as a “boutique” casino. A small set-up with a limited gambling floor which automatically restricts how many people come and go. That being said, we do want more people to come to us, and this can only happen when we have a good customer base as well as al loyal customer base. We have implemented a lot of growth plans for the coming year and we hope that it will help us achieve our goals for the next year which is to touch the $100 million mark in business.
Running a casino has been challenging, as well as interesting and we have seen many ups and downs. We have had to deal with card counters and cheaters aplenty, and each time we have felt the brunt of it. However, we have implemented many security measures which have helped us survive the worst.
